This position works with the sales organization and upper management to assist in effectively managing the sales staff and sales effort. This will include sales reporting, marketing support, outside sales support, quoting support, and all other administrative needs as required for the effective management and support of the sales group.

SKILLS & DUTIES

  • Generate monthly sales reports and distribute to outside sales and management.
  • Generate analytics as required to focus on specific areas of sales and sales growth.
  • Update other sales reports and communicate effectively to the sales team.
  • Manage open sales opportunities and follow up with outside sales organization for updates.
  • Assigned projects as directed by sales management and upper management.
  • Manage supplier assets and literature to support sales team.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotes for sales team and sales management.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as marketing to ensure that sales efforts are supported by other departments.
  • Manage and report on sales leads and sales lead follow up activities.
  • Coordinate supplier training for sales team.
  • Maintain calendar of events for sales team.
  • Review documents to ensure accuracy and quality and revise as needed.
  • Schedule and prepare resources needed for meetings, events, conference rooms and telepresence.
  • Answer phones, engage clients and direct calls to appropriate person.
  • Manage/facilitate special assigned projects.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency in computer software programs including but not limited to the Microsoft Office package.
  • Outstanding Organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
